Dear Students 
and Families,
It has been wonderful to work with you at Plummer-Motz School, Lunt School and Falmouth Elementary School over the past nine years. We’ve had some great times together including author visits, Dot Day, World Read Aloud Day, 1:1 iPads, creating book trailers, the 40 Book Challenge, Read Across America Day, arts nights, the Mock Newbery Book Club, Maine Student Book Award, Chickadee Award, the Coder Express, the Mock Caldecott Program, Peter Rabbit Tea Parties, and so much more!
I am leaving FES to become the new school librarian at Falmouth Middle School. The beloved Mrs. Becksvoort is retiring, and I am going to carry on the great middle school program she has created. FES is fortunate to have a fantastic new librarian, Mrs. McInerney, who will begin work in August.
I would like to thank Mrs. Sparks for helping to create the FES Library program. She is the heart of the FES Library! Mrs. Sparks knows exactly what students like to read and is always up for trying new projects and units.
Have a fun-filled summer! I will see you at the middle school.
