Happy Summer!!!

I hope you all have a happy summer full of outdoor play and lots of good books. I’m looking forward to getting in lots of reading during the summer months. I’ll also spend the summer planning the 3rd annual Mock Newbery Book Club for fourth and fifth graders, and a new  K-5 program… The FES Mock Caldecott Award. I’ll share all of the details with students and parents when I see you in September. In the meantime, here are some resources to keep you reading this summer. I’ll be checking my email during vacation, so feel free to send me an email to tell me about your what you’ve been reading over the summer.

Happy Reading!
